After hitting a stray wheel on the interstate, our insurance had our car towed to Gerber in Akron. The team there was incredible and went above expectations to help us communicate with our insurance and understand the process better. We were on a road trip so our car was long distance from us. Never the less, Leah T. made our lives super easy during the process, even from 300 miles away.

Gerber Collision & Glass located at 25 Green Street in Akron, Ohio detailed my 2007 Subaru Forester today, June 21, 2016. Mike W. was not only very knowledgeable about the detailing work but also very personable. He recognized me from some previous service performed on my vehicle at their facility. The guys that did the actual detailing went above and beyond what I expected. My car looked brand new. The friend that picked me up noticed how sharp it looked also. The price for the detailing was super competitive. I am recommending the detailing work to my son and would gladly recommend it to others. Based on Mike's suggestions, I will obtain touch up paint from a dealership and schedule another appointment to have that work done. I had the pleasure of working with the Akron location on a personal rather than professional level to get my SUV repaired. It has been quite some time since I have gone through this process from the customer's point of view. Because I was not at fault, everything was going through the other party's insurance company so I was not sure how everything would get handled. Danielle was extremely helpful and courteous, answering my numerous emails full of questions and making the whole process such a breeze. My car looks awesome and I cannot thank everyone enough for such a great experience!
