The vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. This is actually the second time this has happened to me and the repair done the first time at a different repair shop was not as good quality as the repair done by gerber tucson at palo verde rd. Thank you for your good service!

Dear Gerber, I want to thank Mr. Ian Morton for the service he rendered in my collision repair. He took the time to go over my truck piece by piece and tell what the shop would do, He called twice to give me an up date on the repair. When I arrive at the Collision center he went over the truck with me and highlighted the repair. This is my second dealing with Ian I think Gerber is luck to have enployee of his caliber. A few years ago I had a dealing with Chapman and it was a nightmare. Dealing with Ian is one of the best experiences I had had in a long time that is speaking of both times I have dealt with him. The vehicle inspection dated my vehile to be 1 week and the repair and delivery date was earlier than estimated. I really appreciate your service and would highly recommend them to other people.
