In this class we explain what the " Lean Process " is, as a business model, who created it, and basically how it works.  We explain how " lean " principles can reduce cost and increase productivity and back up these claims with actual statistics.  We give several examples of lean priciples in the collision repair process and also touch on " The 5 S's"  We conclude by talking about " lean " in the insurance business, including at the agency level.
