This is my second time using Gerber Collision, and both experiences have been excellent. Last year we were sent to Gerber by an insurance company after my wife's car was rear-ended. Based on that good experience, this year I took my 4Runner there for a minor cosmetic repair. They were helpful, informative, fast, approachable, and did a great job with the repair.

The call back and constant up to dates was more than expected. They were very helpful and answered a lot of questions I had. They even helped explain the breakdown of the claims and how the process was going to go with a collision claim.

Great work, great customer service, GREAT ATTITUDE, GREAT EVERYTHING. Yes, no one wants to be in a collision center but if you do find your self in that need, this is the place to go. Accurate updates, on time notices, they take care of you like no one else does. Front desk Kelly, Estimator Kelly, really make the experience great keeping you informed and solving every issues even out of their hands. (Insurance company, rental car issues, etc). GREAT WORK!
