Service was excellent. I got into an accident where my bumper was damaged from a drunk driver. Once I dropped my car off I was immediately picked up to get into a rental. After my car was officially in the shop the team was constantly updating me on timeline and fixes that need to be made. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of body repairs on their vehicle. Also they washed my car so it was sparkling clean when I picked it up.

If I could give this location 10 stars instead of just 5 I would. Dominic K. and his team are outstanding! He called to inform me every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my Kia repair. The car looks great and the inside was also cleaned. Just amazing work and outstanding customer service.

The team at Gerber Collision's Elmhurst shop are phenomenal. Estimator Dominic was efficient, professional and just nice. We dropped our Honda Pilot off on Wednesday 5/21. We walked through the damage and he explained what they would be repairing and what would be replaced, subject to a teardown. We received our estimate within an hour of dropping it off. He told us that he would have a good estimate on when it would be ready for pick up after his technicians completed the teardown. We got the call a day later telling us they were targeting Wednesday 6/04. Throughout the repair Dominic kept us informed via next text updates. I had a couple of questions and he responded promptly. Pleasant experience from Christian at check-in, with Dominik in estimating, and the repair work was nicely completed. Great coordination with Enterprise rental and Erie Insurance. I was also informed of the status of the repair throughout the process. Truck was immaculate inside and out upon picking it up. Very pleased in choosing Gerber.
