I always recommend the facility and send them directly to Tom. I will always take my repair to Gerber and Tom for all of my Body Shop needs.

If you had 100 stars to rate this store I would give it happily. The customer service is outstanding. Tom is fantastic. From the first time we walked in the door he was professional,caring and well informed. He kept us informed the entire time the truck was in the shop. He made sure the insurance was taken care of properly and he looked out for our best interests. The work on the truck was beautiful and we are very impressed. The young lady at the front desk is very nice and was a pleasure to work with. Tom took a very stressful situation and made our life much easier with all his help. Thank you so much and rest assure we will be happy to refer you to everyone we know.

I was in a car accident on 10DEC2013 and my car was transported to Gerber Collision on 11DEC2013 for repairs. Tom Stokes was my estimator and he was amaving. He kept me up to date on everything, the ordering of parts for my car and even the status on my car for when it was being broken down and being serviced. Tom called me twice a week to give me updates on my car. My car looks great and I am now happy again. Thank you Tom S and Gerber Collision.

I am so impressed with your Deland location. I had to have my van repaired but my other truck had just been totaled and I need the van fixed but also needed it for transportation and I explained it to Brun, who took care of me,he was very understanding of my situation, he got the necessary parts in and called me to make an appointment with me to bring in the van and had it back to me that afternoon in perfect condition. I could not have been more pleased with the service that I received and consideration that was shown to me in getting my van back to me quickly.

This was an awesome experience, i have never had service this fast and friendly before. I was kept up to date on everything, They worked with me even though my phone broke. Everyone was fantastic about helping me out. and since my phone broke I cant do the calling survey but I would give them 10 across the board

I wanted to tell you about the service I received recently at your location in Deland. I just had a baby in August. On my second day back from maternity leave I was involved in a car accident. My car was towed to your Deland office. As a female, you automatically assume that all car dealers and repair facilities are just trying to get more money out of you when you have no idea why a light is on or the car is making a noise. Tom Stokes was my point of contact. He kept me up to date the whole time so that there was nothing I was “wondering about”. I took my car home and the next day was driving to work. When I parked my car at work there was smoke coming out of the hood and anti freeze all over the parking lot. I called Tom because he informed me if I had any questions to give him a call. Tom drove 30min to my job, picked up my car, took ... it back to Deland and repaired the hose, and brought it back to my office before I left for the day. When he got here he opened the hood, showed and explained to me what was wrong, and made suggestions as to what I can do to keep my car running smooth. I was so grateful he made this experience so “easy”. 2 days later, my brake light came on. Again I called Tom and thought it was from the accident. He told me to come right in and he would take a look at it. I took the car in and explained that I didn’t want to be a pain but he looked at it, topped the fluids, and the light was off. As a female, you are always reluctant to trust “car people” but Tom has changed my view on this. The most amazing customer service I have experienced was with Tom. I will recommend the Recovery Room to anyone that could utilize it. I myself am in customer service and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the service Tom provided.
