I could not be more pleased with my experience at Gerber Deland. I was treated like a friend and valued customer. The receptionist (Sherry?) was gracious and efficient. The estimator, Tom S., was friendly, helpful and very professional in every respect. The work done was immaculate, including the paint. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with car repair. Thanks!

I have used this location for body work 3 times in the last year and Tom S. is the reason for my returns. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and has superior customer relations skills. His integrity has made me highly recommend Gerber to all my friends. This location goes over and above in customer service and I wouldn't use any other place for my auto repairs.

Service was great . Paper work essentially complete by the time my car arrived. Rental car arrived a few minutes later. Got a good estimate of the damage quickly. I was on my way in about 20 minutes. I was updated frequently on progress of the repair and the work looks great. I'm very pleased.
