After an unfortunate, stupid mishap, I brought my beloved 2000 Toyota Tacoma to your shop in Deland to receive an estimate on repair. Larry G. did a great job of itemizing the estimate and clearly communicating the process that would ensue. He was knowledgeable and friendly and clearly responded to my numerous questions. I was sold on Gerber by Larry's straightforward and friendly assistance. I brought the vehicle in to confirm and begin the repair on the 28th and picked it up earlier today (7/6/17). Throughout the process Larry was clear how things would progress and how they were progressing as the repair work continued inclusive of my visit on the 21st to approve the work and pay for the needed parts. Tom S. was absolutely amazing! It took a little longer than we expected but he kept us up to date on everything done! We have a brand new 2017 Kia Optima and My husband is a previous ambulance collision repair guy so he was extremely picky with what he expected and Tom listened and made sure every concern was addressed! His promise that my car was back to being safe for our 2 kids to be in again meant the most! Thanks again, Tom! Tommy S. , my USAA Insurance representative is an excellent adjuster who treated me with courtesy , respect , and conducted all of the business in a professional manner. His communication skills were very efficient and kept me up to date as to the status of my auto repairs from start to finish. Excellent shop that runs very efficiently. The repair man did a superb job on my vehicle. Kudos to everyone at Gerber. I am very satisfied with this shop. Oh ! almost forgot ! Kelly , the receptionist was very courteous and helpful with whatever I needed whenever I called the shop. Thanks very much for a wonderful job..
