I drove into the Gerber driveway on Sept. 29 with front end and left fender damage and was met by George . He went over the damages and explained the procedure for getting my car back to me. George was very professional and the facility was tops. Both my insurance adjustor and a rental car person were on site. The process clear, fast and easy for me. Great service like this is hard to find now days but Gerber and George have it down to a "T". I expected to see my car back in about two weeks. Oct 2, I was called and told my car was ready to be picked up. Wow just a few days . You have great service, do great work and are a pleasure to do business with.

The two estimators I dealt with are Tom and Jon. Both are knowledgeable and courtesy seem to flow from them. Tom did the original estimate. Jon handled the second portion coordinating the repair to my vehicle. I was originally sent to Gerber by another insurance company but when I did some checking y'all came recommended as a good business. I would recommend you in the future to friends and family.your estimators are the people most of us see and deal with. Tom and Jon are a credit to your company .

Staff was friendly and courteous, George was fantastic. I was called with status updates on my vehicle. Upon pickup my vehicle was washed vacuumed and detailed. Great service!

Amazed at how quickly the work was done. Al the starff esp. Tom S, were pleasant, friendly and just overall nice to do business with! The communication - verbally, over the phone and via email was impressive. Have already been telling my friends how professional Tom was. USAA gave me a great recommendation for the repair work!!

My car was rear-ended, and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance. GEICO referred me to Gerber. Being my first accident, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was nervous that I would not receive the red carpet service because it wasn't my insurance handling the claim. I had nothing to worry about! From the moment I was greeted by Kelly to the time I did the final inspection with George, I received first-class service and felt like my convenience and satisfaction were the most important factors. The work itself was perfect; my car looked just like it did before the accident. I was very pleased with George and the entire team at Gerber, and I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs such service.

Tom S was great! He was super friendly, and made everything really easy and simple for me. I hope I never get into another accident ever again, but if I had to I would bring my car back here and request to work with him again. The shop took great care of my car and it looks incredible.
