I was overall impressed with the service I received from Gerber. Everyone was friendly and patient, answered all my questions, and nothing came off as complicated. There were plenty of representatives and others around. I believe George helped me through most of the process, so my thanks go to him. My car was returned to me as if nothing had happened, so I left there a happy man.
