Actually claim was paid by ALFA Insurance. We have USAA. Other driver had ALFA Insurance. These guys at Gerber were great. Very thorough and customer service oriented in the process. We were not a fault for our damages., The estimator Robert at Gerber location was very knowledgeable about our car damage and also how to work through the claim process and he explained everything to us. Was a big relief for us and made the experience easier under the circumstances of being hit by another car. We would definitely come back to Gerber if we experienced anything like this again. First Class.

Awesome!!!! Satisfied!!!! and Secure!!!! Wow ! what an great experience. I got hit twice in one month , by drivers from two different insurance companies. What a nightmare this could have been if not for the experience, knowledge and professionalism provided by Rob in the Kennesaw location. Rob took care of all the details and spoke the "lingo" to the insurance companies. He kept me "in the loop" about everything. From the rental car to the pick up an all around AWESOME Experience. I recently had my rear bumper repaired and the service was excellent. I was kept in the loop regarding the progress of the repair. There is a rental car company onsite extremely convenient. Best of all my SUV was returned to me cleaned and detailed. In addition, I was given after repair care instruction. I was running a little behind due to traffic the office had closed, I called ahead and they waited for me - now that is customer service. I am one happy camper,

I am 100% impressed and satisfied with the courteous and professional service I received on my hail-damaged car. Keith B. was outstanding, answered my questions, kept me in the loop, and got my car repaired and back to me in record time.
