I couldn't say enough as to how helpful and informative through the whole process Gerber Collision was. I never had to question what the progress was on my truck. This is my second collision and each time my car was brought to Gerber in Deland. I cannot say enough about how amazing and professional everyone is at this location. I would never trust my car anywhere else! I worked both times with George B. and he did a fantastic job of always keeping me updated and informed. I never had a moment to wonder how my car was doing or question what was being done because he set me up with text messages that kept me up to date each step of the way. George was personable, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Also, the woman at the front desk (I do not know her name) is fabulous! I have never seen any office look so organized with so much paper. It looks like she keeps everyone in line and on point. She is very sweet and quick to get everyone in and out quickly. George B. was very considerate, even though I was distraught due to the high cost of the repair. He kept his composure and was understanding and patient with me. I was a little upset because I did not get an estimate prior to repairs beginning but this was not due to anything George did or did not do. It was due to no full disclosure from Geico. All in all I rate Gerber Collison a five.

Excellent work looks great. fast service with extras like cleaning car and wheels before delivery. And the teamwork between car rental and geico was so good took all the stress out and made whole experience easy from beginning to end.

Tom S was very professional and took the time to explain the entire process. They also installed the new clip-on rims that I was carrying in my car without being asked. It was a nice touch and my car looked beautiful when I picked her up a day early.
