My whole experience was extraordinary. While I hadn't had an accident in 25 years, I wasn't looking forward to the repair process. Fortunately my insurance company referred me to Gerber. My estimator Tom did an extraordinary job and the work was done in one day instead of the expected three! The work was seamless and the service superlative!

Omg! This was my first time using this business. I was so impress with Tom's knowledge with this type of business. He taught me so much about how a repair and paint of a vehicle is done. I was absolutely amazed at the speed (less than 1 week) of my accident repair (front fender, wheel, etc.) & the incredible workmanship. One would be hard pressed to see that there had been any damage to my vehicle. I commend the customer service I received by all personnel but most especially by George B. He explained everything clearly, pleasantly & professionally. I just recently recommended a friend, looking for an estimate regarding her car, to the Deland shop. I will be more than happy to continue recommending others to Gerber Collision. They made what was an unpleasant situation after my accident, much easier than I would've expected. Thank you so very much for a job well done!

I would like to thank Brun and the team at gerber collision for the great job they did on my car. My car was 90% totaled. But I could not bear to have her put down. Thank God I didn't. Jonathan was great! He called with every time there was an update on the progress. Very professional and helpful, he even helped out the return of the rental. Kelly was awesome too as she helped coordinate the rental.

Tom, the local customer rep i dealt with provided accurate that was very reasonable and acceptable to me and my insurance company. I received daily updates on what was happening to my vehicle and the date that it would be done was on the mark.. The vehicle looks good as if there never was a collision.
