I would like to commend Jon A. for the excellent experience. I had damage to the rear passenger quarter panel . The estimate was honored. There were no hidden charges. The work was done in time and he went over the job with me. He found a little overspray which he addressed immediately. The car was vacuumed and washed. The interior was clean. I will definitely recommend both Jon and Gerber to anyone needing work done. Thank you for being there for me Jon.

George was super. I was going out of town on Monday and everyone went the extra mile to get my car back to me before I left. That was the best service. My car looks fabulous. I own a Nissan Sentra and at the recommendation from my Nissan dealership, I had my car repaired at Gerber Collision in Deland. This was my first auto accident with repairs in 50 years so needless to say I was nervous. Jon A. was the estimator that helped me and he went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. Not only Jon, but every single person in this location is so incredibly nice, helpful and the utmost best customer service I have had in a long time. Customer service these days is a rarity but your staff and especially Jon, are definitely delivering. You should be very proud of this location in Deland Florida!!! Very professional firm with people who car about the repairs to your vehicle. Everyone was efficient, professional and very cooperative in providing estimates and accomplishing the necessary repairs. Tom communicated progress, and any problems encountered, twice a week via phone. Tom clearly described the progress made and the estimated time left to complete the repairs. Very professional, Tom described every action in details that were very clear to understand and visualize. Every one from the estimates, to points of contact to the actual workers all performed with outstanding professionalism that resulted in our vehicle looking showroom new.

Gerber Collision and Glass fixed the rear end damage to my car caused by someone not paying attention to driving. The job and people involved were very professional and the time frame was where they said it would be. I hope I never have go to a body shop again, but if I do,it will be at Gerber.
