I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerber Collision on 14 J Walter Byrom Re. /Sharpsburg, GA and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately eased the stress of dealing with collision repairs. Their customer service was truly above and beyond. What stood out most was that I initially feared there might be hidden or extra charges, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. In fact, I was only charged for the work that was actually needed, and they even reduced the total because some repairs turned out not to be necessary. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it gave me tremendous peace of mind. The work itself was both fast and excellent. The repairs were done so well that it's as if the damage never ... happened at all-my vehicle looks brand new again. The turnaround was much quicker than I expected, and the quality of craftsmanship was top-notch. Hopefully, I won't have the need to visit a collision center again anytime soon, but if I ever do, Gerber Collision here will absolutely be my first choice. I came here to get an estimate. The one and only Miss Aaliyah helped me and her service was very accurate and professional. The the 18 wheeler's insurance company that hit my vehicle tried to say my car was totaled but Miss Aaliyah gave me and estimate and that helped State Farm. Few days later I received an email saying we received and approved your damage estimate. Please contact the shop to begin repairs. I called the Gerber collision and asked Miss Aaliyah what I should do from here, since I wasn't getting my car fixed there, and she guided me to the right path and hopefully my car will be fixed by the end of next week. Miss Aaliyah is the best and I highly recommend her for supervisor if she hasn't already passed that stage. Thank you Miss Aaliyah and Gerber collision for helping keep my very first car and not having it get totaled.
