Robert and the Gerber team at the Rt. 59 location were great to work with. They walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on progress while the car was being repaired. After having my car for a little over a week to replace the tailgate and trim, my car looked just like new.

My estimator, Javier Salgado and the team at this location were great to work with. I was rear ended so this was extremely frustrating to have to pay to get repair work done, but Javier and his team were super communicative and proved regular updates by phone and text. In addition their portal for keeping up to date status on my repair was very easy to follow. Javier walked me through his estimate at the beginning and walked me through the finished repairs. He was also always available to speak and did his best to answer my questions. Javier and the rest of the Romeoville team are great. I hope I never need to come back, but they have a life long referral from me!

What a great team and service. Xiomara was great to work with and went out of her way to facilitate every step of the repair process. Rinaldo, the GM, was awesome. he went out of his way to help us with our dead battery issue and the "auto/start function. He even offered to take a look at it today but the auto start/stop function decided to work when I was on my way to meet him again. Rinaldo, you have assembled a great team. It was also nice that we could leave our rental with them rather then having to return it to Enterprise.
