I would like to say these guys are beyond AMAZING! Jeff was amazing and had EXCELLENT communication during this hard time. He kept me up to date on every little detail with what was going on!! I was told my car wouldn't be ready until the middle of April and I got a call today letting me know it was ready for pick up! 2 weeks! They got it done in very good timing and took care of everything I needed and more! and not to mention my car looks BRAND NEW!!! Thanks so much you guys! Ya'll are truly amazing!!!!

A automobile accident is probably one of the most horrific things a person can experience. Especially if the automobile is only 2 days old. This particular Gerber Collision was absolutely the best. The General Manager dealt with me from start to finish, and their online update system was extremely helpful! And they emailed every few days with a status update as well. And any additional questions I had, all I had to do was call, and they answered every single question I had. Even because of the national parts shortages, they worked with me in getting my vehicle drivable so that I would not waste any of the limited rental car waiting on parts. They allowed me to get my truck back and had transportation, while they were waiting on all the parts to come in, so that I didn't burn up any additional rental days because my insurance limited me to ... only 30 days of rental. I could not recommend this Bodyshop and the team there more highly! They're efficient, professional, and 100% competent. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it was completely detailed inside and out and looked show room ready! This Bodyshop performed as if it was their own vehicle that was being repaired and treated me as if I was family.
