Folks there were great and freindly. I had a windsheild that safelite had replaced and they cut the power cord to the rearview mirror. They tried for months to figure out how to repair, then gave up. Folks at Gerber were able to coordinate and have it done by one of thier electrical subcontractors. Only reason for 4 stars is the electrical fellow had mentioned to me that his actual cost was lower than his estimate, socost could be adjusted down, but that never happened. In the end, all great service.

There was some confusion and communication problems at first but they made it right at the end. Excellent service and work was done on my 2008 F-350 Truck. They matched the color of my truck perfectly which I know with older rigs can be challenging. They were up to that challenge. Good job and I appreciate them making good on the communication problems.

I was very pleased with the service and friendly attitudes of the staff! My car wasn't scheduled for repair until July 13th, but I started having issues and went by to see if they could repair it earlier. They took my car that day , Will T. called me everyday to give me an update and I received my car in 3 days. The finished work was great! Highly recommend them!! Will Turner was had awesome customer service!

Ashley answers the phone and schedules appointments/consults with her colleagues in a very polite and professional manner each and every time you call. She can relate to your frustration as a car owner and empathizes with you each stage of the process. Jake worked with us from estimation to completion making sure that all bases were covered and he called us with updates every single Tuesday and Thursday throughout the repair. They estimated it would be done on Monday (4/18/22) and called us before noon that day with the news that we could pick it up. The repair work was impeccable (would never be able to tell it was in an accident) and they even cleaned the inside for that extra special touch. We highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for all your auto repair needs.
