Got rear-ended in traffic on Hwy 95. Repairs took just a week and a half from the time I dropped it off until I picked it up! I expected it to take months to get all the parts and do all the repairs and paint. Paint matches perfect on a 10 year old car. They used all Toyota OEM parts, and even upgraded my trailer hitch from $150 Draw Tite to a $600 Toyota hitch. Kept me super informed every step of the way by text. Extremely pleased with quality of work and level of customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Hope I never get in a car accident again, but if I do, I know where I will take the car. Everyone at gerber collision & repair were a pleasure to work with, from getting the estimate, scheduling an appointment for the repairs, getting a rental car to picking my truck up when finished. The job they did was outstanding. They told me that they might not be able to color match the paint because the truck was older but the repairs and color match were perfect. I would recommend gerber to anyone.

Stopped by to ask a tech how to replace a bulb in an Escalade headlight assembly. Had the bulb, was going to install it myself. Andrew said give me the bulb, go inside and have a coffee, I'll do it for you, no charge. 10 minutes later I was on my way with working lights. Jeni was easy to talk to and work with, Andrew was great! I've used Gerber before and the people and the work they do there is top notch. I'll never go anywhere else.

Since this was a non-insurance repair, we were presented with options for repair. Each option was fully explained and the decision was up to us.
