Amazing service from the team at 2360 Downers Grove. Michelle, Scott, and the front desk were superb. They navigated a "rock and a hard place" situation (truthfully, an un-winnable situation from a service perspective) in global delays of part production from Hyundai with humility and class. They never lead me on and provided honest timelines, for when I could feasible get my vehicle back. I was never surprised when, of course, a vendor couldn't make good on a promise of delivery of the very specific part that was needed to fix my Palisade. Shout out to the whole crew there, top notch professionals across the board. Thank you all.

The folks at this gerber were fantastic! The wrong bumper was ordered but they got the new one the next day. I had a hard time finding a ride back home after dropping the truck off to have it fixed but Teresa took me home. She was very sweet and knew her way around Sanford. Then when the truck was done they even drove it back to me so I wouldn't have to haul my baby back to come get it! They were so kind and helpful and did a great job on my bumper replacement.

The only thing that delayed the process was getting the parts for the repairs which was from no fault of theirs. Wendy the Adjuster did a super job of getting my car estimated and then in quickly for repairs. Then she followed up regularly with me on the progress being made. JJ the technician did a superb job on the bodywork. I highly, highly recommend this location for great service and repairs,
