I don't know why this business doesn't have 5 stars, but I would definitely give it 5 stars; As well as recommend it. I don't hope I have to come back for another issue with my car, but if one occurs because life happens, I'd gladly come back to here! Alicia and her team were by far amazing!!! Alicia was remarkable with communication throughout the work process of my car from start to finish. She communicated on the days she said she would and if I reached out to her with any questions, she was responsive and knowledgeable of where everything was and that status. She is/was very genuine and honest. I truly appreciate the great communication (which is a very rear thing to find now adays), it helped me not worry and gave me comfort that my car was in great hands; when I picked it up, I can honestly say it truly was! The outside of my car ... looked brand new! You couldn't even tell any damage was done to it! They did a remarkable job! The inside of my car was nice and clean as well. Alot nicer than when it was towed to them. I was happy to have my car back back, but when I saw it (inside and out) I really appreciate all of the members who worked on my car and made it look terrific! Again, thank you all for your hatd work and all that you did and continue to do! You all are ROCKSTARS! I could not ask for better customer service. My agent was awesome. She was very nice, helpful and personable. In fact, when came in to get the estimate on my Silverado, I was sitting in the waiting area waiting my turn. I accidentally left my coffee cup and water cup in the waiting area. When I got home, I realized I had left my cups. I called and told my agent what happened and she assured me that she had already put my cups in her off and they would be when I dropped of my truck off for the repairs. I very much appreciate how she took care of me. The repair work is awesome. It's like nothing ever happened. My Silverado was ready exactly the time she estimated. I am very impressed with Gerber Collision and Glass. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family.

Before I came to this shop, getting my car fixed was a nightmare. Gerber handled everything quickly and efficiently, and were totally honest with me when something went wrong and told me how they were fixing it- knowing that I probably wouldn't have ever known if they hadn't shared that info with me. That meant a lot. They also delivered my car to my house when we had no way to come pick it up. 10/5 ?? experience from this girl!!! You guys were awesome. Thank you.

Received excellent customer service from front desk clerk, she offer me coffee or bottle water to drink. Very thoughtful of her Johnny went over my car with me and marked the damage spot. He also inform me that I will receive an email or text msg, reference to status of my repairs, once insurance claim adjusted inspect vehicle. ??
