I came on here to make a review for the chance to win a $50 Visa gift card and your monthly drawing. As I was filling out my info scrolling through all your many locations I realize that probably won't get a Visa gift card which I can really use after this dreadful holiday. #singlemom Regardless, a review is deserved. I hit a deer couple days after Thanksgiving. My car was towed from the scene, I contacted my insurance company and basically ran my finger down the yellow pages (if you were born after 2000 just ask your parents what a yellow page is) and landed on Gerber Collision. State farm took a couple days to get my car from the location to the tow yard. Was my car arrived I started getting text messages from Gerber. I never had to wonder what was going on. They texted me when the car arrived, when they pulled it in the garage to start ... working on it, my estimated completion date, a courtesy message saying that everything was still on track and finally a message when the car was complete. It was actually finished 6 days sooner than the estimated completion date. Which sucks because my rental was so sweeeeet....I picked up my car. It looks great. Frozen 8 minutes down the road and stopped and noticed it was lightly smoking- I immediately turned around and went back and was greeted very nicely and had somebody come out within minutes and tell me what was the smoke and how it was resolve. And sure enough it did- just like he said it would. But I keep trying to hit another deer just so I can get my rental back. I'M JOKING STATE FARM -DO NOT DROP ME! read more

First of all, I will be the one to admit I am not the easiest customer to please at times. With that being said, was highly impressed with Tony M. the new manager. He went above and beyond to help me while my car was being repaired. Due to NO FAULT of Gerber Collision and Glass my bumper was damage during shipping. He discounted my "out of pocket" repair cost for the inconvenience it caused me. He is a super nice guy, great personality, great customer skills and definitely a big asset to the company. Workmanship was great the first time I used this company, which brought me back to the Raeford Road location in Fayetteville, N.C. However, I am much more impressed with the new management team. Gerber should write the book on customer service. I was called on Tuesday and Thursday to update me on the status of my repairs. I was sent a text saying my car was ready to go home; loved it, . They gave me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental car because Enterprise never showed up to pick me up. They stepped in to help me when another business failed to show customer service. I am most grateful for the woman at the Gerber on Capital Circle who told me I could try another Gerber since it would be January 4th until they could fix my car. I tried the one at 2751 W. Tennessee and they estimated it on 12/13/22, took the car in on 12/19/22 and got the car back repaired on 12/28/22 even though it was a holiday week! Casey S. was a great estimator. She saw the radiator support was damaged and the estimator at the Gerber on Capital Circle ... missed that. read more
