Liked that they always told us the repairs were on schedule. However, at the very end, when they went off schedule, due to delays, they stopped telling us what was going on. We felt like we were left in the dark for several days not knowing what was happening. Overall, we were very happy working with Gerber.

I took my vehicle in to have it repaired after an accident damaged the rear end. Kacy took care of my estimate and made me an appointment to drop my car off to have it repaired. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and received a phone call around lunchtime the next day telling me that it was ready to be picked up. Talk about amazing customer service, I still can't believe that they had it repaired and returned to me in just one day! Kacy and the other staff that helped me were kind and considerate. Should I ever need my vehicle to be repaired again, I will definitely take it back to Gerber Collision in Mooresville! Many thanks to Kacy and the rest of the team for a job well done!

This was my first time ever having such an awful experience with my insurance company, everything from them setting me up at the wrong Enterprise, not waiving my deductible and my adjuster not being in office for a month and a half. Throughout the 2-3 hours I actually spent at the Gerber getting it all sorted out Sandy and the rest of the people there were so amazingly helpful in assisting me in sorting this mess and it probably would have been a much longer process without Sandy's help. She really went above and beyond what's expected of a normal customer service representative and I just wish to thank her once again with the amazing help with this ordeal.
