I was very impressed with the customer service policy and processes. They were sensitive to my need for transport home. And gave me a ride home. I looked forward to the status follow-up promised. However, that was not initiated by the company. I had to make the status calls. I was not informed by the tech he would be on vacation on the day he was to update me about status of completion, which is the reason I rated 4 stars. Vivian saved the day for me! She was most instrumental and most efficient in getting the car to me. She went out of her way to accommodate me learning that I would have to catch the bus to get the car. And lastly, the techs did a great job with repairs and negotiating with Mercury for work.

Our son had a collision with a deer and the insurance company preferred Gerber. The entire process was flawless. Great communication and updates. The finished job was amazing, there was absolutely no sign of any prior damage and they detailed the car, inside and out. Hopefully I won't have to use them again any time soon but if I ever need a collision center I won't go anywhere else.

Gerber made everything so easy. They called Enterprise rental for me to take me to my rental and to return the rental when my car was finished. Just a really nice bunch of people to work with.
