Working with Kyle and Miranda at Gerber in Fairfield was great. I found Gerber via State Farm's list of partnered shops, and was impressed by the amount of certifications they had listed. I also liked that I could book my estimate appointment online, and that same week. Other shops were scheduling estimates for multiple weeks out. Kyle was upfront and honest with me during the whole process, and contacted me with updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays as initially promised. I also used the website to follow the status of the work. I don't think that most shops offer that level of sophistication for tracking. The repair was finished over a week faster than the estimate, and looked fantastic. There wasn't any major damage to fix, but there were several spots with paint issues, and they made sure to get them all right. At first I felt silly ... bringing my car in for an insurance fix on what is essentially purely cosmetic, but I think I will be glad that I did for years to come. read more
