These guys are great!!! Read on. On the underside of my ('09 Prius) front bumper a bolt was missing causing some protective plastic to drag on the ground. I asked the guys to please take a look and see if it was an easy fix. In less than a minute a young employee was on the ground checking out the complaint and about 2 minutes later he popped up and reported it fixed. "How much do you I owe you?" said I. "Nothing" said the boss! I departed looking like this!!

From the time we walked in the office, received estimate of damages, to date of repair, returned left car for repairs, received updates regularly of status of parts, until a text stating to pick up car was OUTSTANDING. this was a very easy process and professional from start to finish with Chris. The front desk lady was very pleasant to speak with and very kind. I had a great experience with this awesome business and can't wait to refer my friends to then if anyone need collision or glass repairs. Thanks so much for your standard of excellence in customer service and repairs. Your repair team knows exactly what they are doing. You cannot tell the car was hit to the rear. Again, thanks so much.

I am not only pleased with the repairs that were made, I was very impressed with the office staff and how I was continually updated on the progress of the repairs. Gerber's was able to fix my 18 year old son's car when another shop told us it could not be fixed. And, they did it for a very reasonable price within 2 hours! We had purchased an older used car for my 18 year old son. The drivers seat wobbled and tilted toward the center console. We took it to a well known shop which told us they would not be able to help us. They said that it needed a part which was no longer produced, and that we would have to find one out of a junk yard ourselves. Seeing Gerber's nearby we decided to try them. I was thrilled when they told us they would be able to fix it. Within 2 hours, the part was welded and ready to go for a very reasonable price. My son and I were both thrilled!!
