David helped us out when there was an issue with the repair while we were in Charleston, SC. In early December, I was visiting my daughter in Charleston, SC, and my car, which had recently been repaired by another Gerber location, was having some issues with the repair. The Charleston employees were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were able to take care of the repair and, thanks to Gerber's lifetime warranty, I did not have any charges. I was back on track to enjoy my trip in just a little over one hour! I feel very fortunate to have chosen Gerber Collision to repair my vehicle, and the people in Charleston were just great!

My recent collision repair at Gerber in St. Cloud was excellent! From the receptionist to the estimator to the repair staff, EVERYTHING went smooth as silk. I appreciated the texts from Lonnie to keep me updated. To top things off, the car was ready sooner than expected, and it looks like new! Would I recommend Gerber in St. Cloud to anyone? I certainly would.

Time frame was not great. I had my estimate was on 9/13/23. Did not get in for repair until 10/31/23 and got it back 12/15/23. The service was great and all the employes were outstanding.
