I have had the misfortune of using Gerber Collision FOUR times in the last few years. I promise you none of the incidents were my fault - one involved something being dropped off the Brooklyn Bridge (true story) - and I just kept going back to them for my service. I am from another generation where people cared about others and always tried to do the right thing. Sadly, that seems to be lacking in today's society. But the people at Gerber Collision are amazing! From Dewayne to LaShonda to Kayla - they kept me up to date on the repairs, they even had Eric drive me home after dropping off my vehicle so I wouldn't have to hire an Uber! The repairs on my car were done quickly and well. Trent kept me very well informed throughout the whole process by email,phone and text. Excellent job of restoring my Escape after the hail storm in Sept. They fixed all the hail dents, replaced my broken windshield and repaired a large dent. With 88k miles on my vehicle, it looks almost new. Although they were still backed up from the tornado last spring they got it back in under a month. With their relationship with Progressive and Enterprise (I had rental reimbursement) that part went seamlessly smooth. I also appreciated that they called every tues. and thurs. to provide updates.Definitely will refer them any chance I get.

They did a good job replacing the seatbelt in my car. There is more tension on the seltbelt now than there was before it got replace. It will retract back into place without any slack sitting behind.

We unfortunately hit a deer on a weekend and had damage to our car. Our insurance towed the car to Gerber and the staff there immediately began the process the next Monday morning. Everyone was very helpful, polite, professional. They contacted us every Tues and Thursday with updates. To no fault of their own, it took a long time because of the GM strike to get parts. As soon as the parts arrived they would immediately work on our car - but it was just hard to obtain them. They did an excellent job and I would definitely refer others to them.

It's starts with when you walk into your shop on 109th and Central. I had the pleasure of meeting Mario . I got a chance to watch him work after assisting me he didn't skip a beat. He's a pure good hearted person . Customer service at it's finest. Then Emily walk me through the process and handle the rest it was the same. Finally Jasmine working the reception greeting and how she handles the calls. Your place definitely stands out at least that location. Again I was only there for a few minutes waiting the two times there and felt like I had nothing to worry about. There a great team we get to see ,but I'm sure your mechanics and crew behind the scenes are are just as great. Thanks again Merry Christmas !
