I can't stress enough how good this experience was. It's a nerve racking thing to take a vehicle to any company anymore because you never know if they're going to respect your vehicle and fix things the right way. There's a lot of crooked companies out there and this is NOT one of them. This company used to be known as Golden Hammer and honestly it doesn't matter to me that its now a different name. The employees here have great attitudes and were EXTREMELY helpful. All the way from the estimator, to the guys that did the work, to the lady that helped with getting the other insurance company to pay. Great experience and team. On top of that the work was wonderful and they went above and beyond to make it right. I was in the process of removing the badges from my truck and there were still a few left. I asked to not have the new badges ... installed in the repaired area and the tech even offered to finish removing the remaining badges and buff the areas. Looks AMAZING. The repair looks really good. The paint matches very well. My vehicle is a 2008 Ford Explorer. With the present year being 2024, this was certainly one of my major concerns. Gerber was very easy to work with and met their goal of being completed with the project earlier than expected. If the need ever arises again, I will strive to use Gerber for my collision repair.
