I had the best experience you can have while needing car repairs. I called for a quote was expediently worked in the next day. They utilized the parts that they could and only needed to order one inexpensive ($16) part to complete the job. They worked me in the same week as the quote. Gerber is fantastic. I had some concerns, but fr the moment I walked in saw the lobby was immaculate and presented nicely. Kayla greeted me and all my concerns were put at rest. A gentleman went over the car with me. He did not talk down to me because I'm a woman. This happens frequently. And amazingly I received texts every couple days letting me know what's been done and approximate date will be finished. (Can you believe that? True!!) Cody, mgr, delivered my car, (what service!) as I was incapable and would be for a bit picking it up. The car looks fantastic, great and beautiful. Everyone I met there treated me like a customer should be. I will not hesitate to go to them for repairs. (Hopefully no more car accidents however.) THANK YOU GERBER!!!!
