Called Jim explained my situation amd told him i did not want to drive back home with my tire like that. He told me to come in and let him see the damage and my car was fix im less then 10mins. When I got my car back something totally unrelated to my collision seemed "off" so I called and Curtis looked at it immediately. I had forgotten to press something! Later that evening Curtis called to make sure everything was going well-which I appreciated.

Wow, what a great experience at this location. Annette, front desk person was always very friendly and helpful even after having to answer the same question multiple times for people on the phone. Then you have Kayla. She is the Estimator that gave me the estimate and then kept me up to date on what was happening. Both of these people are true professionals and makes the process very easy and stress free. Finally, the people in the back that that you do not see. They did an excellent job on my car. This location obviously has a great manager and team of professionals working here. I highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass location!
