Guest service. For those of you that don't know the difference between customer service and guest service, you have not been treated like family. Your loss! Kevin at the E Ridge Rd location took time TWICE out of his hectic day to take care of 2(two) chips in my paint. Explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it. Suggested the technique in how to apply paint also instructions on what to do after. Ended conversation with a handshake and telling me at ANY time to stop back and would take care of it again. Gerber is a professional high quality Collision & Glass Company. They took the stress out of the process. They are a great Team, from the Front Office Administrator (Neyla) and the Staff Estimator (Richard), to the collision craftspersons making the repairs. It is a high quality shop. They also explained the process and actually delivered my car early keeping me updated as they moved through their process. It was beyond my expectations. Nice work Team. Kelly, Danny, and the whole staff were fabulous. I had a small issue with my car, after the repairs. They fixed the issue promptly, no questions, no problems, and perfectly. I am extremely happy, and almost feel like I have a new car lol. I would highly recommend Gerbers.

Mr Eric and Ms Mildred treated me like family on the first day, and I was on the phone. They were able to take my car the same day. I have a 2021 Infinity, that someone tried to steal by shattering the sun roof and destroying the shade. Mr Eric and Ms Mildred were sympathetic and assured me that repairs would be done soon. Ms Mildred text or call every two or three days with up dates. I picked my car up two weeks later, and it looks great. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors.

The people at Gerber are fantastic. They really know what customer service is all about. When I arrived to drop off my car for repair I was quickly checked in. While I was discussing the repairs the receptionist called the rental car company. As the repairs progressed ,Carlos, the service specialists, called to keep me updated. I was given an estimated time of completion and my car was back to me a day earlier. Their body work is excellent. My car looks brand new. I am totally 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Gerber to any one who needs car repair.
