I am so pleased with the work that Gerber Collision did on my car. My 2018 Chevy Impala was side-swiped when I was shopping in a local grocery store. You can imagine my surprise when I returned to my car! I had used Gerber Collision in the past, but this repair job beat my expectations. You can not even tell where the repairs were made. The paint matches perfectly. The bonus was the people themselves. Everyone was pleasant and cooperative. I received two phone updates and my rental car was delivered to the repair shop. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the start. Ryan did an awesome job explaining everything to me and staying in touch with me through out the whole time. On top of the outstanding service my car was done early than predicted. When I went to pick it up Ryan was very through and explained everything and my car looked amazing. This place definitely has a repeat customer if I ever have to need a car repaired again and I will definitely recommend to others.

From start to finish was amazing. The customer service at this location is beyond exceptional. I was treated like family. Information was given up front. Making an appointment was easy. Dropping my vehicle off was easy. Shout out to every employee who work there. They smile and greeted just passing through the lobby. I was impressed with the level of service at Gerber Collision and Glass in Gig Harbor WA. Dustin B., the estimator, assigned to my repair was fantastic. He kept me informed of the progress of the repair. His communication was clear and direct. He provided me with ample information regarding the repair of my Sienna and the rental process. Gerber Collision was the best of all the auto body repair shops I have dealt with. The facility is clean and organized with plenty of parking. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I recommend Dustin and the services at Gerber Collision and Glass without reservation.
