Lexie talked me through the process (how they work with insurance and what to expect and helped me with my rental car pick up and drop off) and quickly set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. Zach C was my estimator. He explained all of the steps in getting my car fixed and set clear expectations on timing. He also kept me informed on the progress of the repairs daily. They were both kind and sympathetic to the stressful situation I was in. I got my car back sooner than anticipated and it looks great.
