I called Gerber and spoke with Venessa. She was a pleasure to speak with and directed me to Nick. I brought my 2016 Lexus to the Crystal Lake store. The front bumper had popped out of place. Nick immediately helped me and replaced a couple of plastic brackets that holds the bumper in place. Nick refused to bill me. He said it was no problem and was happy to help. The least I could do was donuts and coffee on me for Nick and his employees. Thanks Nick. Old Fashioned service and class!

I took my 2024 Lexus UX 250h to Gerber in Chesterton after I hit a deer. I took it there even though it was far from my home because Tim K. is the best body man around. He did an outstanding job repairing my car. I am very happy with the way Tim repaired my car. You can't even tell that I was in an accident. I would definitely use Gerber again and would be more than happy to drive out of my way to have Tim K. repair my car. I also want to make a shout out to Joe B., who was extremely professional, kept me informed from start to finish, answered all of my questions and made the repair process go smoothly. I received a call with a follow up email with a detailed estimate for the damage. The work was completed in a timely manner, actually sooner than expected as the parts were available.
