I recently got my Toyota Rav 4 repaired at Gerber after a collision left the side of my car extremely damaged. Right from the start customer service was excellent and they were in daily communication with me about the status of my repair and when it would be completed. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful during the busy holiday time. On top of the great customer service the repair of my Rav 4 looked amazing. They even fixed a small dent on the back corner of the car that was unrelated free of charge. I was extremely happy and grateful for my experience with Gerber!

Gerber collision is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to take my car in for a hit and run incident, and did not think the repairs could be done. Gerber collision experts assured me that the repair could be done and look brand new and back as if nothing ever happened. They completed the repair and have me looking brand new again!! Gerber collision also held my car for me while I was out of the country. Their service time was great and they under promised and over delivered!! On Dec. 3, 2024, I was in an accident that damaged the front left fender of my 2017 Ford Focus. I took my car to Gerber in Leesburg, FL on Dec. 4. Everyone at Gerber was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful from Rebecca, the receptionist & Tiffany, the estimator, to the employees that delivered my repaired car. I was informed twice a week about the progress of the repairs which were completed Dec. 18, one week before Christmas! Gerber worked seamlessly with my insurance company, USAA. The car looks like a new car & it drives even better than when it was new! Thanks to everyone at Gerber for a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing car repair.
