Jim (James M) was the service member who kept in close contact with me. He called when the timeline potentially moved back due to delays on the parts. He texted me as my car went through the repair process to keep me in the loop. Ultimately, my car was done much sooner than he prepared me for and that is the epitome of good service. Further: the receptionist was a kind woman who dealt with myself and all the other customers gracefully - while she clearly had to do multiple things at once. This team in Columbus has made one happy customer.

My wife's SUV had a clip that was loose and causing the vehicle to hang off slightly. My first thought was to take it to Gerber and have Ms. Brittany take a look at it. She had previously worked on my son's SUV and did a fantastic job, earning my trust with her excellent service. I'm a big believer in great customer service and high-quality work, and Ms. Brittany consistently delivers both. She came out to examine the SUV, quickly identified the issue, and ordered the necessary part. Once the part arrived, she gave us a call, and we brought the SUV back in. To my surprise and appreciation, she personally installed the part herself. It's truly refreshing to see someone who loves their job and takes pride in making customers happy.
