From the time we dropped our van off after hitting a deer,until the time we picked it up everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a week delay only longer than the initial 4 wk expectation, because some parts came in incorrect and a part was missing that had not been ordered. Other than that, it was a great experience with Gerber. The van looks absolutely fantastic.

I came in with a front in repair to my bumper which required multiple repairs and diagnostic. I was greeted by the manager, very nice women Brandi who helped throughout the entire process. I was even given a personal email if help was ever needed. The shop guys preform a great job and got my vehicle back to me with zero problems and has it running better then before. I would highly recommend recommend to those around and I appreciate all that hard work they put in

I will recommend this company to everyone near and far. They kept me posted every week on the progress that had been done and with a follow-up. If I had questions, Ms. Shelly at the front desk was always so courteous, helpful, never too busy to answer my questions. She always made sure that I got the answers to the questions that I may needed. She is truly a great fit for the company. I was not familiar with Gerber Collision when I dropped my car off to them. But now, "OMG!" They went above and beyond my expectations. They texted me weekly on the progress, and actually finished before the scheduled time, which meant I didn't need my rental car as long. They even cleaned my car ... inside and out even though they did the work that I needed. My car was beautiful inside and out. Literally looked like a new car! I loved their service!
