When I brought my car in I was sure it would take a couple of weeks to fix the damage caused by another driver. Angel took photos of the damage and said they'll take care of it. He kept me updated on the status of my car via text and told me it would take 13 days to fix. The whole right side was damaged. I had to get a rental while my car was being repaired. To my surprise I received a call that my car was done. It took only 4 days! I wasn't expecting it to be done that quickly. The car looked like it was brand new! I was happy with the quick service that Gerber gave me. Unfortunately, as I drove off I immediately heard a noise that wasn't there before. Something was scraping the tire on the left side. I called Gerber and told them about the noise and scraping of the tire. I brought my car back the following Monday and Mike was the person ... that helped me. I explained the situation to him and he said he'll talk to his manager. They fixed the problem and I was satisfied with the service Mike and Angel provided me. Kudos to Mike for taking care of my issue. He listened to my concerns and went beyond the service to take care of me. read more

Needed my windshield replaced and was referred to this business by my insurance company. When the appointment was made over the phone by the corporate office, I asked how long it would take and I was told about 1.5 - 2 hours and I could just wait at the location. So I went prepared with water and a book. I was willing to wait in the waiting room which is very clean. The staff saw that I was going to wait and spoke to the head person and before I knew it they were offering to drive me home and come back it get me when the car was ready. They were so nice and accommodating!! I which I had body work that needed to be done on the car too! The driver, Bryant, was new but very friendly, respectful and professional. He even waited until I was safely inside my house before driving away. Great Staff and Great Customer Service. Next time I get hit, ... I'm going to Gerber!! read more
