You guys are the greatest! I have had my personal and work vehicles in for repairs. Each time I receive the best repairs and administrative assistance. The work is always completed ahead of the estimated completion dates. The vehicle repairs always look great. I always recommend Gerber to friends and coworkers when they have accidents. My passenger side view mirror came off and they had a new part ordered and put on in just a couple of days. The cost was reasonable and they even buffed out the scratches from where the mirror scuffed the door. Top tier service and I'm grateful for them taking care of me.

Defiantly Five Star I had Collison repair done on my 2015 Kia Soll a few months ago which went great. Then last week I had a minor fender bender with my wife's Kia Sportage and brought it into Gerber to look at. Brian Y. was kind enough to look at the minor damage while we were there and fixed it without having to set up a separate appointment and with no cost to us. Thank you so much we appreciate it.

Where do I start with Gerber Collision? Like most reviews here, I got into a fender bender, and my insurance sent me to them. At first, I wanted the dealership to fix it for me, but they were short staff over at the dealership, plus they were going to keep my car longer. Gerber Collision delivered what they promised, and I got my car at the agreed time frame. Everything was transparent, and I had the best communication from them, and I even got text messages to give me updates on the status of my car. My car looks brand new again, and did I mentioned they even vacuum and washed my car. I could not even ask for more. They are superior in their line of work and making their customers happy. Friendly, informative, easy to reach and top notch communication. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed an additional light was on my dash and it turns out a bulb had burnt out unrelated to the accident - they fixed it for me right away at no charge. The office and waiting room is kept clean and comfortable. They also took the time to give me information on an issue with my car related to an emissions test which I had coming up. Cannot express how above and beyond they go any more. Bonus is they are well tied to the enterprise on Cicero - makes it seamless and I was able to leave my rental with them.
