I am writing this to tell you how completely satisfied with the service that was performed on my six week old vehicle. While at work my new car was vandelized with a good size dent in middle of ms hood.I was first very impressed that they would look at my car around 5 p.m. Once I stopped in the estimator Michael Bock knew I was a little upset and explained to me how the could have it look as good as new. I now started to feel this would work out. I told them I would be traveling for the next week, but I would be there first thing Monday June 4th. Once I arrived I was treated great, they sent me over to the rental car place and I was told the car should be done in three days. I knew that everything was being taken care of. Fast forward 8 hours later, I received a call that my car was completed. Needless to say I was very excited. I went ... over and talked with Matt Henneken production manager and thanked him for all the work the team did. Mark came out to my car and explained in detail what was done. This whole entire experience was made so much better by a group of people that sincerely care how the customer is treated. Matt Henneken, Manager and Michael Bock, Estimator are the BEST guys willing to work with you . The car looks like new. Mike had lowered the estimate. The worker had taken out bad dents in the doors due from shopping carts at Sam Club's parking lot. The car had rust around the rear wheel wells. The worker had done a fantastic job by removing the rust and matching the paint. I have brought all my cars and truck here because they take pride in their work. Having an accident is bad enougth but between Statefarm and Gerber you had made this alot easier for my family. This was my sons (19) First accident and accident it was. driving to fast for conditions on a turn he slid into a sign. My son has finials at school and my Husband, mother and i all work. Having a free rent -a-car really helped. Having the car ready when promissed really helped alot. Cars works great , looks great. Thank you again especially to the receptionist and manager for all your help.

Paul did the estimate and explained what they were going to do and why in detail. He also took us on a tour of the Gerber facility and explained what each station and person was responsible for doing to our car. Every question we had was explained in detail. The estimate indicated that it would take 4 days, but was done in 2. Matt the shop manager was the person that went over the car with us when we picked it up. Matt went over every aspect of the repair and answered all of our questions including warranty. We were impressed in respect to the time it took to repair our car, but also in the quality of the repair. It looks as good as new!

Matt Henneken at the Elmhurst location was phenomenal I brought my car into Gerber collision and he was so helpful , went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and fixed properly, Called me back to let me know the status - helped me understand the problem - took extra care of my car that he did not have to 0 removed rust where he did not need to ! I will be sure to come to Gerber for all my needs!

Frank was great. You covered my rental fo rthe first five days. Frank would call with updates every couple of days. My truck looks brand new. And the work was done 3 days early. I was more that happy with the people and the workmanship done.

on sept.12th i walked into the center to make and appointment for and est. jacklyn the receptionist .told me no need for the appointment she'd see if someone could give my car a look right then.first surprise!!!.out came paul pennella who greeted me with a firm hand shake. and asked how he could help me. i'm stating this because i'd just left a competitor who was not so customer committed.paul looked at my car we went back into office and in approximately fifteen minutes i had my est. & repair time.the competitor told me he could fax or e-mail me the est.i found a gerber five day car rental coupon on line.which they honored. second surprise!!!.my car was done in the four days promised and looked like it had never been damaged.third surprise!!!!. to jacklyn,paul and everyone at this center thank you. everyone preachers customer service ... you guys practice it.. i will highly Wreck-ommend you. read more

I was sent to Gerber in Elmhurst by my insurance company. I have not been to a body shop in over fifteen years. My last experiance at a body shop was not pleasant. I was met by Sam Delegge. Sam did a very good job of explaining to me what was needed to repair my car. Sam ensured me that my car would be treated very well by his shop. Sam was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wnats to have the car repaired and not have to worry about it.
