Just an overall exceptionally pleasant experience dealing with the folks at Gerber. From start to finish everything was top notch. What an extraordinary experience! It's been about 10 years since one of my cars needed body work. Walking into Gerber - NO paint odor! Both of the office folks, the appraiser, and even an affable shop employee communicated well and effectively. I knew what was going on daily through emails. The work is superior, their communication terrific and the cost was less than two of their competitors.

This “wreck-ommendation” is to let you know that Gerber is an excellent choice. The work done made the car look like new and the interior was cleaned and spiffed (something I did not expect). But above and beyond the work on the car, their customer service was great. They responded to my every request and made an accommodation by scheduling the repair while I was out of town, resulting in no inconvenience.
