I brought my car in and the estimate didn't take long at all. The young man, Casey helped me out and gave me an appointment for the following week and told me that was going to be done with the car. I brought the car in on the date of the appointment and was told it was going to be ready by that Friday. There was an offer for a 5 day free car rental and I took it as I needed to get home. I called on Thursday and I couldn't get thru, phones were down in the area, however, Casey actually called from his personal cell phone to give me the update on the car, not many places do that. Casey also called on Friday morning to let me know that the car was going to be ready by that afternoon and I could come and pick it up. Great service, very accommodating and great workmanship. I will use them again and recommend them whenever I can. Just sent my son there for repairs. They do not do interior and exterior detailing so when I asked for this service they did not even hesitate and offered to take my truck to the local detail shop for me to have it done. Really like the service and great attitudes here.

I'm a repeat customer, I had 2 vehicles repaired at the same time at this location last year and service was awesome. Someone sideswiped my car recently and didn't leave contact info, i didn't hesitate who I would get to repair my car. Everyone from the front desk, appraiser to the body techs were great! I will always have my work done at Gerberglass Collision & Glass.

Only complaint I had was excessive time Gerber quotes as to when the car will be completed. This I feel is to make it easy for Gerber to have car ready on time. Staff was excellent in the service and quality I received.
