"Dear Mr. O'Day, I am writing you to give your organization, in particular the Route 59 Naperville location a review. I recently had some minor repair work on my 2006 Escalade completed by Gerber. In fact, i just picked up my automobile a few minutes ago. I'll start out by saying that Jeff at this location was courteous and attentive to my repair issues. Jeff quoted 2-3 days for the repair work to be completed, and true to his word, my car was ready for pick up on the 3rd day. Additionally, the work performed on my hood and front bumper was extremely well done! More importantly, there was a little issue with my vehicle and how it was stored during a rain storm on Aug. 23rd. I brought this to Bob and Jeff's attention, and not only did they calm me down, they listened, and showed sincere appreciation for my concern. That is something ... that is so rare these days by the way. Bob immediately took action and rectified the issue to my satisfaction. Bob resolved this minor issue, and his and Jeff's handling of the situation was extraordinary. Upon my arrival to pick up my car on Aug. 24th, i found my car to be clean and parked right up front. I went into pay for the services, and was informed that Bob had performed some additional minor work on the "fenders" of my Escalade at no additional charge. That was a pleasant surprise, and much appreciated. Bob did not have to do this, but the fact that he did it, without making a big fuss about it was just absolutely uncommon. This is the 2nd time i have entrusted my Escalade to Gerber for repair work. I am once again, very, very pleased with the quality of workmanship, and more importantly the customer service from the entire office and its staff. I hope you will recognize the great service that Bob, Jeff and the entire crew at the Route 59 Naperville Location performed. I'm happy to say that I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision. Joe, the general manager, was so kind and genuine. His secretary, (I've forgotten her name but she was brunette) was awesome too. Both of them are extremely accommodating. My first 5 days of rental was paid for. The repair work was done by the end of that 5 days. I got my car back and it looked good as new. They even cleaned it. Everyone there was so nice and sincere, which is rare these days. Great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone.

After my accident, I went to five different collision repair shop for an estimate. I decided on Gerber based purely on gut feeling and the friendly staff that I initially dealt with. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they promised to finish the work in four days. They actually finished the work a day ahead of schedule and when I picked up my car I was quite impressed with the quality of the work. It looks as if the accident never happened and my old car looks nice again. I'm glad I gave them my business.
