*Some positions are exempt from the referral program, including HR team members, Market Managers, members of the Executive Management Team, and Regional Managers. The referral program also excludes any on-call and temporary employees. General Managers are eligible for referrals as long as the referred employee is hired at another collision center. All referral payments are subject to tax and withholdings. Both the referred employee and the referring employee must be active at the time of payment for the incentive to be paid.
