*Some positions are exempt from the referral program including HR team members, Market Managers, members of the Executive Management Team, Regional Managers. The referral program also excludes any on call and temporary employees. General Managers are eligible for referrals as long as the referred employee is hired at another collision center. Glass Technician referrals are paid out on the same schedule but the referred employee must start within 30 days of the referral. All referral payments are subject to tax and withholdings. Both the referred employee and the referring employee must be active at time of payment for the incentive to be paid.
