No worries. From the first call to the last call, I was always updated with potential delays and the status of my vehicle. Jeremy was nice and explained the estimate, he left detailed voice messages. Customer Service lady was very pleasant and reminded me of items I may need, when I dropped my car off for service.

Kim is the best!! My daughter was in an accident in this area, and I had to drive 2.5 hours to get to her. Needless to say, I was a wreck and the last thing I was concerned about was her car. Although when I called here Kim was right there to help and assured me that she would handle the car. She did such a great job with all of that I truly didn't have to worry about it. Thank you, Kim, for making this part of the process very easy for me.
