It is not common these days to see both expert professional and customer service. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the process and repair, and very impressed by the customer service. Michael, our estimator and representative, was very detailed in describing things before and after, and kept me informed. Worked well with insurance and car rental. Honest and efficient. I hope I don't need these services again, but wouldn't hesitate to return.
