Everyone was so helpful, the people I spoke with at the front desk, over the phone, and in discussing the actual repairs to the car. Communication was clear and timely and they made the whole insurance claim and rental process so much easier! I would highly recommend - thanks for making an otherwise stressful experience as pleasant as possible! :)

Vehicle hood damage & windshield replacement due to items falling off unknown vehicle traveling opposite direction (Insurance claim) Unrelated damage & replacement of right outside mirror. Unrelated minor scrape on left fender All taken care of in the single appointment. Vehicle completed in timely fashion with very satisfactory workmanship. Personnel during entire process were very friendly and helpful. (5star rating)

I found them Very professional! Hit a deer back on 11/4/23 with my Rav4. Did what progressive told me to do with video and pictures, that's not RIGHT! SShould come out and expect any auto. I was getting impatient with how long it took. My first accident and all. Yet they stayed professional knowing that they were doing the best they could. Just REALLY HAPPY I have my car back! Just picked it up today 1/17/24. Thank You Gerber
