Excellent customer service, communication and repair. Hailey and Colton, in the front office, were friendly and informative. The crew that repaired my vehicle did superb work. They even finished 3 weeks early!

Estimate done quickly and submitted to insurance. Gerber called to set up appointment for repairs. Dropped vehicle off and repairs were done in a week- even with a holiday in the mix. Vehicle was washed and even vacuumed! Staff is polite, responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. And they stand behind their work. Extremely satisfied with my whole experience at Gerber Collision. I highly recommend Gerber Collision for vehicle repair and if I ever need repairs again, I know where I will go.

I want to thank Kalei for helping me with my car. She went the extra mile. She took the time to answer my questions and she was friendly, too. When I am ready for auto body repair I will bring my car to your shop. Thanks so much!

I have seldom received better or more efficient service from any company. From getting an estimate to a perfectly repaired vehicle, all of my contact with this company was perfect. Kimberly and Carmin were particularly helpful. Be assured I am recommending Gerber to anyone who will listen.

I'm very satisfied with my repair. They completed it within the timeline they predicted. It looks great. The warranty is comforting i.e. liftime on the repair. The rental process by a third party provider was seamless. I'm convinced the staff is trained to come up with ways to say "yes" to customers requests.
